Hillary Clinton "misspoke" when talking about her Bosnia trip
How about she just out and out lied? From The Caucus:
The Clinton campaign says Senator Hillary Clinton may have “misspoke” recently when she said she had to evade sniper fire when she was visiting Bosnia in 1996 as first lady.
She has been using the episode as an example of her foreign policy bona fides.
“I certainly do remember that trip to Bosnia,” she said last week. “There was a saying around the White House that if a place was too small, too poor, or too dangerous, the president couldn’t go, so send the First Lady.
“I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”
There's a saying around the Green House, believe half of what you see and none of what you hear, when it comes to the Clintons. In this case, I'll believe all of what I see and none of what I hear:
No sniper fire in this video either:
Well, you know, it depends on the meaning of "sniper fire". Or "Bosnia".

Possibly the only times Hillary doesn’t mis-speak is when she lies. She has a history of evading the truth.

Check out this statement:
...so if I misspoke, that was just a misstatement.

If I misspoke that was just a misstatement. Huh? As I read on Lucianne.com earlier, that would make Yogi Berra proud!
