Robert Byrd, $35.6 Million, Yeah Man

Big Daddy rolls up his sleeves to deliver $35.6 million to Marshall University.  Hallelujah!    The Club For Growth has the video.

And shouldn't that be Robert Byrd University? Did somebody screw up?  Hey, Senator, next time maybe you should give 'em $40 million, just to be on the safe side.  Yeah man.

Byrd obtained $35.6 million in federal funds, which was matched by $12.4 million from the state, to construct the 144,000 square-foot building.

Matched? I guess that's Byrd math. (Of course I'm sure other, federal projects have had much the same "match", not just W.Va.)
