It's Coors Time
Miller Brewing supports illegal immigration, to the tune of $30,000.
From the Chicago Tribune:
Marchers had to duck into fast-food restaurants for water when they first took to Chicago's streets in support of illegal immigrants five months ago. At the next two marches, family-owned grocery stores offered free bottled water from trucks emblazoned with their names.
This time, as demonstrators march from Chinatown to House Speaker Dennis Hastert's (R-Ill.) Batavia office this weekend, they will have Miller Brewing Co., as a sponsor. The brewer has paid more than $30,000 for a planning convention, materials and newspaper ads publicizing the event.[...]
But this march is no Cinco de Mayo parade. The politically charged event will promote a controversial plan to end deportations and offer legal status for all 11 million to 12 million undocumented immigrants. That creates potential pitfalls for any businesses lending support, experts say.
Michelle Malkin has all the details plus contact information for Miller. I hope anyone who purchases Miller products will seriously consider switching. I know this could be traumatic for some, thank goodness Coors didn't do this or I'd be in real trouble. But hey, there's lot of great beer out there and I'm sure we can all find one that we can drink without supporting the illegal Invasion that is not only a financial threat but a national security threat as well.
Let Miller know that supporting illegals at the expense of law-abiding citizens comes with a price. A heavy price. Because if we don't act now, Miller's targeted audience will continue to grow and the rest of us will be marching for our rights.

Miller Brewing Company has never supported illegal immigration and we have always supported the full enforcement of current U.S. laws.
Miller did not sponsor the Labor Day immigration march held in Chicago.
Going forward, Miller will closely review all requests for support from community and charitable organizations to ensure that we are not indirectly funding or associating our name with advocacy efforts on the immigration issue.
We plan to stick to the business of brewing, marketing and selling great beer.

I appreciate your comment. But I'm sure you can understand why this has become an issue. In addition to the article mentioned in this post, the last line of an article from cbs2chicago, link here:
http://cbs2chicago.com/topstories/local_story_245085148.html
states: "The march was sponsored by Miller Beer."
I also refer you to this blog: http://ogresview.mu.nu/archives/195322.php
After reading Miller's response, denying financing the march, I emailed CBS2Chicago and asked for their source for the last line of their article. I have not received a reply but will post it when I do.
I simply do not want anything to do with any company that sponsors, finances, advocates illegal activity.
